Our shipping costs are based on the weight of the products being shipped and the shipping address provided. We provide an accurate cost for shipping through the check-out process. 

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom but are working to extend our support to other territories and regions in the near future.

All shipping is handled via DHL UK using standard next day delivery*. Please note we don't offer Saturday delivery, and therefore any orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following week.

  • Isle of Scilly and Isle of Wight: 5 working days

Orders can be placed 24/7, 365 days per year. Our shipping methods typically apply to business days only, not weekends or public holidays.  Please note, if your order is not delivered after the second attempt it will be held for five days then returned to Perkins Global Parts Distribution Center.

Returns made easy

Returning an item couldn’t be easier, and you can start the returns process online via your order details page. Simply select the item(s) to return, provide the reason and submit to request the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.  Without an RMA we are unable to process your return. All returns must also be packaged properly (original packaging if possible), have a returns shipping label (which we will provide), and include your customer name, order number and shipping address to help us identify the correct account.

Shipping Instructions

Follow the steps outlined below to complete your returns.

Step one: Request a return number

  • Log into your account page from my profile link located in the top-right corner of the website and navigate to order history or click here. If you purchased as a guest and do not have an account you will find a link to return items in your original shipping confirmation email.  
  • Locate the order number which contains the item(s) you wish to return and select it. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email, or on the invoice you received with your order.
  • Click 'Return items' button from the order detail screen.
  • Check each item you wish to return and provide a reason for the return. Please note: if the items you are returning require more than one box, only select the items you will be sending in the first box and continue. Once you have completed this return, go back to 'My account' and repeat these steps to get an additional return label for each additional box. If you are returning items from multiple orders, please be sure to use separate boxes for each order. Do not combine returns from multiple orders into one box as this may delay your refund. The reason codes detail the reason for your return such as "damaged" or "part(s) not required".
  • Review your return request and add any additional comments. Once you are happy to proceed click continue to generate your RMA number and shipping label.
  • Print the label and attach to the shipping box.

Step two: Your item's original packaging

  • Products must be returned in the original packaging even if damaged.

Step three: Shipping

  • You can use your original Perkins shipping packaging, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
  • If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please move them or cover.
  • Please include any RMA(s) in the carton(s) used to send the returned part(s). 
  • Attach your new return label, please ensure you attached the complete label provided.
  • Find your local authorised UPS shipping centre and drop off the return. Find a UPS service centre near you.
  • Once you have dropped off your return at UPS, please allow 4-5 business days for processing.


  • If your order either did not arrive, or only part of your order arrived you will need to raise a claim instead of a return. 
  • To raise a claim, visit my account section, and select the claim form.
  • Enter your name, select the claim reason and fill in your order number, part number, email address and any additional information you feel will help our customer service agents.
  • Enter the reCAPTCHA field to prove you are not a robot, and then submit your form.
  • You will receive confirmation that the claim has been submitted and one of our customer service agents will review your claim and get in touch within 48hours.

Return fees and charges

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for all returns and issue a full refund providing the item is returned in the same condition as received, and returned within 28 days of the original order shipment date.

We currently only ship to the locations listed below, however,  we are always looking to add new locations.
